Description

For too long the definition of minimalism has been extremely narrow and limited.  Blogs, books and podcasts all would have you believe that minimalism requires throwing away half of your possessions and living in a boring empty house with Spartan décor.  They also put a great deal of attention on your physical space, but minimalism is about so much more than decluttering your house.

So what is minimalism?  That is for you to define for yourself.  It's time to put aside the notion "I could never do that" and create a personalized version of minimalism that works for you.

This course will help you create a definition of minimalism that lines up with YOUR priorities and YOUR goals.  You decide what is essential to you.  Learn how to deal with the mental and emotional side of the minimalist journey.  Turn your car into a minimalist mobile and get rid of other people's belongs that may be cluttering your space.  The course offers tips and tricks for dealing with your physical space and your digital space.  It also gives you some practical ways to exercise self care and teaches you how to embrace the abundance mentality.

If you're ever thought -even in passing- that you're trapped in the rat race then you own it to yourself to explore what minimalism can do for you.

Who this course is for:

  • Anyone who has ever considered minimalism and thought "I could never do that"
  • Anyone who feels like they are drowning in their physical (or digital) clutter.
