5. Make sure realtors you do business with are investor friendly realtors.

7. Don’t get caught up into red zones or what you think is a bad area. People still live in those areas. Just because you want live their someone else will.


8. Wholesalers think they need a buyers list and properties to start.


9. Always have a POF ( Proof Of Funds) when you are trying to make an offer that involves realtors. This is the only way they will really take you serious and not feel like you are wasting their time.


10. When you are submitting an offer make sure you do not try to submit an offer using the purchase sale assignment contract. Realtors are only going to use an approved Board Real Estate Contract.
