Description

After this course you should be able to know; the aims and objectives of a workers committee, as well as its duties.The constitution is the supreme law of the country that sets out how the country must be governed. The labor act is set out in the constitution; part of it being workers committee formation and functions. It sets out the rights and freedoms for workers to nominate their own representatives in discussion /negotiations with members of management
