"I have been going to Texas Family Fitness for five years. I have to say that I love going to your facility, because I take my favorite Zumba class with my favorite instructor Mrs. Kerry Oldham. She is an amazing person and amazing instructor. She is very energetic. Also she makes everybody feel that we all can work out and have fun. She welcomes to her class every new person that walks in her class with a sincere attitude. She has the best music and perfect to follow."

"Four years ago I was trying to convince a girlfriend try lifting weights with me. She said “Ok I’ll try that if you if you try Zumba with me.” I thought, ok fine, I’ll go just once. I never felt like I really knew how to dance. What surprised me is that I loved it so much! I gained confidence in my movement, and now I absolutely love dancing any chance I get! "

“I usually hate working out but I LOVE Zumba with Kerry! She does the perfect mix of musicality and a tough workout that gives me energy and makes me feel GREAT every time I go. I love her heart for her students and how she always gives 100 percent! For someone who hates working out, Zumba gets me to the gym so I can be healthier and happier.”

“Zumba Strong has been an amazing experience. I enjoyed regular Zumba but wanted something more. This class is definitely that, the burpees, push ups and kicks have helped me strengthen my body and continue to sweat. I like that you can go at your own skill level if you are struggling with a section one day or kick it up the next class.”

Get inspired by one of our many group fitness classes. We offer energizing cardio, dance, pilates, yoga, seniors, and strength training classes for all types of fitness levels and goals. Check out the class schedule for your preferred club.

Heart failure classification, 2021 ESC/HFA | ClinCaseQuest

Aug 28, 2021  · According to the 2021 ESC/HFA guidelines the following classification of HF is available (Table): Reduced LVEF is defined as ≤40%, i.e. those with a significant reduction in LV systolic function. This is designated as HFrEF. Patients with a LVEF between 41% and 49% have mildly reduced LV systolic function, i.e. HFmrEF.

Traditionally, HF has been divided into distinct phenotypes based on the measurement of left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) (table). The rationale behind this relates to the original treatment trials in HF that demonstrated substantially improved outcomes in patients with LVEF ≤40%. However, HF spans the entire range of LVEF (a normally distributed variable), and measurement by echocardiography is subject to substantial variability. According to the 2021 ESC/HFA guidelines the...
