Meadow Brook Golf Club in Wyoming, Rhode Island

Meadow Brook Golf Club is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in Wyoming, Rhode Island, about 20 minutes south of Providence.

Meadow Brook opened as a 9-hole course in 1934. The course was designed by Rob Roy Rawlings. The course was redesigned and reopened in 2010 as an 18-hole golf course. The 18-hole layout was designed by Roger Rulewich and Dave Fleury.

Meadow Brook is a spectacular course with rolling fairways and many elevations. At Par 72 and 7468 yards from the back tees, it is the longest public course in Rhode Island. With large greens, beautifully sculptured sand traps and strategically placed water, Meadow Brook is not only challenging but picturesque. But don't let its beauty distract you - as it will require your full attention throughout. Challenging - yes, but with 5 sets of tees and no forced carries, Meadow Brook is ideal for golfers of all levels. This flexibility not only makes the game enjoyable but also allows golfers to use every club in their bag.

An interesting and well-designed layout, no two holes are alike. The longest hole, #15 (Par 5), plays over 600 yards from the back tees and 500 from the front tees. Rolling terrain leads to the green that is framed by some of the most beautiful trees on the property.

The signature hole is #10, a spectacular Par 3 over water that stretches to 202 yards. The elevated tee is surrounded by natural rock foundations and provides one of the most scenic views on the course.

While the fairways command your attention, the bentgrass greens are the heart of Meadow Brook. Large and with the ability to have multiple pin locations, each day is played differently as greenside bunkers, side slopes and contour play are taken into consideration. The putting surfaces, each uniquely contoured, add to the growing challenge of the course.

Resort quality course with a very challanging, long layout. One of my must plays when I return to southern new england. Senior rate is pricy but worth it!

Outstanding. Only complaint were lack of paved cart paths.

Aug 31, 2018  · And it’s how a lot of our students feel, too. As teachers, we’re all in different places in our understanding of what equity looks like in the classroom, but here is what equity means to me: thinking about a classroom as a space where everyone has access to the same learning and the same optimal conditions for nurturing intellectual curiosity.

Almost every projects contains Utility Functions. With the introduction of Swift, there are multiple ways to write such functions.

Static Functions

Static functions are invoked by the class itself, not by an instance. This makes it simple to invoke utility functions without having to manage an object to do that work for you.

We can access static function as AppUtils.appUtility()

Static functions can not be overridden.
